Fabric Shield Storm Panels manufactured by Wayne Dalton are a highly effective alternative to steel or aluminum hurricane panels. Clear Strength Panels are made from 100% Proprietary Polycarbonate Resins and are 40% stronger than most other clear panels in Allowable Design Pressure. The Clear Strength Panels have outstanding clarity, allowing the home or business owner to have maximum protection without having to black out the living or working space. Clear Strength Panels are 30% lighter than most other panels and are 50% lighter than aluminum panels.

Unlike the aluminum panel, the Clear Strength Panel is available in 16", 24", 32" and 48" widths and 12' lengths. With these widths, the home or business owner saves money and limits the number of panels needed to cover and protect their openings.

Aluminum Hurricane Panels

The aluminum panels can be re-used as many times as needed and stored away in minimal space. The only permanent fixtures to your home are the header and bottom track, which easily blend in with your home’s trim work.

Panels are constructed from Roll Formed aluminum that is .05" thick, and they are then mill painted with an all-weather coating for long life and corrosion resistance.
